One might ask aren’t e-book readers old-fashioned now that we have smart phones to replace their need? One answer is that smart phones come with many distractions which are not good when you are reading for comprehension or even for entertainment purposes.

3. The Smart Watch

A smart watch is no more a new entry in the market and many popular brands such as Apple, Samsung, Motorola, Huawei, T-Mobile have released their smart watches. A smart watch comes in handy when holding the mobile phone is practically impossible, for example while working out in the gym or during riding your bike. The screen of a smart watch works exactly like that of a smart phone but with somewhat lesser functionalities. However it is far more stylish and techy option to use a smart watch.

Technology and its applications can be both beneficial and detrimental for humankind; it is up to us how we turn the tide of technological advancements in our favour.
