PAN	Personal Area network covers a network over about 20 meters and usually covers the home network of personal devices.
MAN	Metropolitan Area Network covers and area larger than 20 KM and refers to cities.
LAN	Local Area Network covers a site of different buildings or and area under 20 KM.
Network Topology	The topology refers to the physical arrangement of devices, wires & cables
Peer 2 Peer	A Peer 2 Peer network means that all computers on the network are equal. No one computer controls the network and all share files and resources equally.
