| Question | Answer |
| ACCURACY | Data needs to be accurate. If it is not accurate, you cannot rely on the info it provides. |
| RELEVANCE | Data must be relevant. If the info does not relate to the topic...it is worthless. Having irrelevant info can be a disadvantage. |
| AGE | Data may be too old. Info changes over time. If the info is from the past, it may not be relevant now. |
| COMPLETENESS | If you only have part of the info, then it is worthless. Data requires a context, structure and meaning for it to have value and be useful. |
| PRESENTATION | If the info is presented in a way that you can't understand or find what you want, it loses value. T can be improved by using different representation methods-picture instead of text. |
| LEVEL OF DETAIL | You can be given too much or too little information. The volume of data determines whether you have enough to make a decision or too much. |
